We only ask for the information we truly need:

  • Your email address – so we can send you your order confirmation and stay in touch if there’s an issue.
  • Your name and shipping address – collected securely through Stripe during checkout, just to make sure your gift gets to the right place. We don’t store this info on our own servers.

3- How Payments Are Handled
All payments go through Stripe – a globally trusted and secure payment platform. We don’t see or store any of your payment details. Everything stays safe and encrypted with Stripe.

4-Cookies & Tracking
Right now, we don’t use cookies or tracking tools on our site.
If we ever decide to add features like Google Analytics or personalized cookies in the future, you’ll be the first to know. We’ll always ask for your permission before turning them on.

5-Why We Use Your Data
We only use your information when we have a good reason:

  • To fulfill your order and send you updates (GDPR Article 6(1)(b))
  • To provide helpful customer support and improve our service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f))

6- How Long We Keep Your Info
We’ll keep your email and order history for up to five (5) years – just in case you need help with a past order or for legal and accounting reasons.

  • Ask us to fix or update incorrect info
  • Ask us to delete your data (when legally allowed)
  • Tell us to stop using your data for certain things
