At My Giftoria, every order means something special to us — whether it’s a teddy bear for a loved one or a carefully selected gift box. That’s why we do our best to get your items to you safely and on time, no matter where in the world you are.

1- Processing Time
We prepare and pack your order with care within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy times like holidays, processing might take a little longer — up to 5 business days — but we’ll always do our best to keep things speedy.

1- Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide using trusted delivery partners.
Here’s a general idea of how long it takes:

  • North America: 3–7 business days
  • France & EU countries: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note: shipping times may vary due to customs or local postal delays. But don’t worry — we’ll keep you updated along the way.

3- Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
From time to time, we may offer special shipping discounts — and we’ll always let you know when we do!
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, depending on your country’s rules.

4- Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our hands, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
That way, you can follow your gift’s journey every step of the way!

5-Delivery Issues
If something doesn’t look right — a delay, a damaged package, or your order hasn’t arrived — don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@mygiftoria.com.
Let us know within 7 days of your estimated delivery date, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

6- Double-Check Your Address
To avoid shipping hiccups, please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order.
Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for orders that go missing due to incorrect addresses.
