By using MY GIFTORIA, you agree to follow these Terms and all applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We love serving customers from all over the world, but you must be of legal age to make a purchase.
3. Creating an Account & Ordering
You’re welcome to browse without an account, but to complete your purchase, we’ll ask you to provide contact details and delivery information. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received it. This is not an acceptance of your order but a receipt acknowledgment.
4. Pricing & Payment
Our product prices are originally listed in USD (United States Dollar). However, you can choose your preferred currency from the available options, and all prices will be automatically converted based on real-time exchange rates and displayed in your selected currency.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, a trusted payment provider that complies with EU regulations and PCI DSS security standards. We do not store any credit card or payment information.
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the final amount, including applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees (if any).
5. Shipping & Delivery

Please note that shipping costs, delivery times, and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
6. Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how to return an item. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the MY GIFTORIA website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs—is owned by us or licensed to us and protected under French and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) involved in the claim. We cannot be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of France and the EU E-commerce Directive (2000/31/EC). Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the courts of Strasbourg, France.
